Owners and sponsors of profitable, established businesses and real-asset projects, typically in business services and in the supply chain behind data centres and AI infrastructure, who are approaching a turning point.

Not a fit: early-idea companies, or businesses that are not yet profitable.

Current focus

We are building out an advisory focus on the businesses and projects behind the data-centre and AI infrastructure build-out, including power, cooling, equipment and services, and related real estate and energy opportunities.

About

NEX Strategic Partners is led by Nicole Wang, CFA, and brings together a network of experienced professionals and partners, drawn in around each engagement as the work requires. Clients get the reach of a team with the focus of a senior advisor.

Through NEX, Nicole advises owners and sponsors of established businesses and projects on strategy, business validation and strategic partnerships across North America.

With more than a decade in capital markets, investment management and corporate strategy, Nicole has worked inside leading institutions, including Scotiabank Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets. Her background spans fixed income research, trading operations, cross-asset analytics and portfolio management, on both the buy side and the sell side.

She pairs rigorous financial analysis with a clear, practical approach, and aims to be a trusted partner to growth-stage companies and project sponsors.

She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, serves on an investment committee for the Order of St. John, and is based in Toronto.
